Circle Support is recruiting for caring and dedicated Agency Support Workers for shifts across Supported Living Services and Care Homes in Liverpool . If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals in your care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Support: Provide personal care and daily assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Promote Independence: Encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence and engage in daily activities.
• Individualised Support Plans: Follow and contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident's needs are met with compassion and respect.
Requirements:
• Experience: A minimum of 6 Moths experience in the UK is required
• Skills: Strong communication skills
• Personal Qualities: Compassionate, reliable and flexible
• Referencing: You must be able to provide 3 years’ worth of references
