Just be sure to bring any necessary paperwork; we’ll inform you in advance about exactly what you need to bring, such as proof of identity, qualifications, and employment history. If a job seems like a good fit, we’ll arrange an informal chat with one of our friendly team members. This conversation will help us get to know you better and understand your job search motivations and preferences. Before you begin your placement, there will be some essential pre-employment checks to complete, including an enhanced DBS check and mandatory training. Depending on the specific role, there might also be additional pre-placement training where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the company and your upcoming duties. Once you’re signed off as compliant and we’ve got everything we need for your file we’ll make sure you’re all set with your ID card, any required PPE or uniform, and your contract, along with all the key information you need. Our goal is to make sure you’re fully prepared and confident as you step into your new role. We’ll also encourage you to download our app if you haven’t already, so you can view all available shifts, book shifts for yourself, record your worked time via, request holidays and more.
